Exchanges (Size Issues):

Eligibility:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding an exchange due to sizing issues.
  • Important: Exchanges are strictly for the same product in a different size. We do not offer exchanges for different products or colors.
  • The item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact WeSalute VIP Member Support at [email protected].
  • Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange (e.g., "size too small").
  • You may be required to provide a photograph of the item(s) to confirm their condition.
  • Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and ship the replacement size, subject to availability.

 

Limitations:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative.

 

Returns for Refund (Incorrect Product Received):

 

Eligibility:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding an incorrect product received (i.e., the item(s) you received are different from what you ordered).
  • Important: Refunds are exclusively for cases where we shipped the wrong item. We do not offer refunds for any other reason, including sizing issues or changes of mind.
  • You may be required to provide a photograph of the incorrect item(s) received.

 

Process:

  • To initiate a return for an incorrect product, please contact WeSalute VIP Member Support at help.wesalute.com.
  • Please include your order number and a description of the incorrect item(s) received.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Please package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us using the provided label.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Limitations:

  • This return policy only applies to products that are different from the product ordered.

 

Why We Have Limited Return Options:

At WeSalute, we utilize a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is custom-made specifically for your order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique merchandise without maintaining a traditional inventory. Consequently, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than sizing issues or incorrect product delivery, as we cannot resell custom-made items. This approach results in zero waste or unsold inventory, significantly reducing our environmental impact by keeping clothes out of landfills. We appreciate your understanding and support of our commitment to providing you with high-quality, made-to-order products while minimizing waste.

  • Inspection: All returned and exchanged items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) do not meet our eligibility criteria.
